INTRODUCTION

Thank you for visiting Skoolkai. This page details the terms and conditions of our Delivery Policy.

Orders placed here are prepared and served to students in their respective school canteens. There is no “shipping” of actual goods.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders should be placed for dates after today (9am cut off time). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

IN-STORE PICKUP

We will send you an email confirmation when you have placed your order, along with instructions. You/your child can pick up the order on the time as detailed in the order. You/child can confirm by mentioning their name.

Return Policy

As our online shop is for food purchases, we do not do any product refunds or returns on the site. Any issues with our products can be brought up to the store/shop/canteen.

For your online wallet, we will be able to refund existing funds with a small fee.

Refunds do not include any handling charges. Handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of handling.
